Who Should Not Take Zyflo?

You should not take Zyflo if you:
 
  • Are allergic to Zyflo, zileuton, or any inactive components used to make the medication. Your healthcare provider or pharmacist has a list of the inactive ingredients used to make Zyflo.
     
  • Have high liver enzymes (found using a blood test), which is a sign of liver damage.
