Ventolin Drug Interactions

Some of the drugs that can potentially interact with Ventolin include beta blockers, certain diuretics, and some antidepressants. Ventolin drug interactions can cause dangerously low blood pressure or an irregular heart rhythm (among other things) in some people. In some cases, your healthcare provider may need to monitor you more closely or adjust your dosages of these medications.

 

An Overview of Ventolin Drug Interactions

Ventolin HFA® (albuterol inhaler) can potentially interact with a few other medicines. Some of these medicines that may lead to Ventolin interactions include:

  • Digoxin (Digitek®, Lanoxin®)
