Ventolin 18 Gram Inhaler

Ventolin HFA® (albuterol inhaler) is a prescription medicine approved treat and prevent airway spasms in people with asthma or COPD (chronic obstructive pulmonary disease). It comes in an environmentally friendly inhaler and is only available in one strength. The Ventolin 18 gram inhaler contains 200 inhalations, with 90 mcg of medication per inhalation.
 
To treat or prevent an asthma attack, the recommended Ventolin dosage is two sprays as needed, as frequently as every four to six hours. For some people, only one spray will be needed to control asthma symptoms.
 
For preventing exercise-induced asthma, the recommended dose of Ventolin is two sprays administered 15 to 30 minutes before exercising.
