Pycnogynol
Were you looking for information on Pycnogenol? Pycnogynol is a common misspelling of Pycnogenol.
Pycnogenol® is an extract made from the bark of French maritime pine trees. Other sources, such as grape seed extract, contain pycnogenols, but they are not the same thing as Pycnogenol. The supplement is claimed to have several different health benefits, such as antioxidant and anti-inflammatory effects, as well as stimulating the immune system. Side effects may include headaches, nausea, and stomach discomfort.
