Were you looking for information on Pycnogenol? Pycnogel is a common misspelling of Pycnogenol.

Pycnogenol® is a "natural" product made from the bark of French maritime pine trees. It should not be confused with the general term "pycnogenols," which refers to some of the active components in the supplement. Pycnogenol is claimed to have several health benefits, such as antioxidant and anti-inflammatory effects, as well as stimulating the immune system. Possible side effects may include headaches, nausea, and dizziness.
