Asthma Home > General Information on Dulera

Dosing Information

The dose of Dulera your healthcare provider recommends will vary depending on a number of factors, including:

  • The severity of your asthma
  • Other medications you are taking.

As is always the case, do not adjust your dose unless your healthcare provider specifically tells you to do so.

(Click Dulera Dosage for more information.)

Side Effects of Dulera

Just like any medicine, Dulera can cause side effects. However, not everyone who takes the medicine will have problems. In fact, most people tolerate it quite well.

Some of the most common side effects of Dulera include but are not limited to:

  • Inflammation or swelling of the nose or throat
  • Inflammation of the sinuses
  • Headaches.

If side effects do occur, in most cases, they are minor and either require no treatment or are treated easily by you or your healthcare provider. Serious side effects are less common.

(Click Dulera Side Effects to learn more, including potentially serious side effects that you should report immediately to your healthcare provider.)

Drug Interactions

Dulera can potentially interact with certain other medications (see Dulera Drug Interactions for more information).
