Less Common Flunisolide Inhaler Side Effects

There are other side effects of flunisolide inhalers that occur less frequently. These side effects of flunisolide inhalers occur in 3 percent or less of people. In the case of these possible side effects, it can be difficult to tell whether the side effect is actually caused by the flunisolide inhaler or factors unrelated to the medication.
 
These less common side effects of flunisolide inhalers include, but are not limited to:
 
  • Weight gain
  • Sweating
  • Constipation
  • Gas
  • A dry throat
  • Bloody nose
  • Acne
  • Blurred vision
  • Ear ache.

It is possible that you may experience some or none of the flunisolide inhaler side effects explained above. Unfortunately, there is no way for your healthcare provider to know beforehand if you will have side effects from a medicine that you have never tried. Therefore, make sure to let your healthcare provider know if you develop any side effects, or something that "just does not seem right," during treatment with the flunisolide inhaler. While it may not be a side effect of the flunisolide inhaler, your healthcare provider will be able to diagnose and treat the problem.
