Brethine: Storage Methods

Brethine should be stored at room temperature, away from moisture and heat. Brethine tablets should be stored in an airtight container.
 
Keep Brethine and all other medications out of the reach of children.
 

Brethine: What Should I Do If I Miss a Dose?

If you do not take your Brethine as scheduled, take your missed dose as soon as you remember. If it is almost time for your next dose, skip the missed dose and continue with your regular schedule. Do not take a double dose of Brethine.
 

Brethine Strengths

Generic Brethine tablets are available in two strengths:
 
  • Terbutaline 2.5 mg tablets
  • Terbutaline 5 mg tablets.
     

Is There a Generic Version of Brethine?

Since brand-name Brethine is no longer being made, generic Brethine is the only option.
