Asmanex^® (mometasone inhaler) can potentially interact with one other medication, ketoconazole (Nizoral^®). Combining ketoconazole with Asmanex can raise the level of Asmanex in your blood, increasing your risk of side effects. If you are taking these drugs together, your healthcare provider may need to decrease your Asmanex dosage -- though this may not be necessary.
