A few common side effects of Advair^® (fluticasone and salmeterol) include upper respiratory tract infections, headaches, and a sore throat. Less common Advair side effects can include a runny nose, shakiness, and increased sweating. There are also a number of side effects of Advair that you should report to your healthcare provider, including an irregular heart rhythm, breathing problems that are getting worse, and eye problems.
